PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 days from the time you place the order. During holidays and sales, orders may take up to 3 days to process. We ship orders Mondays - Saturday from 9 AM - 4 PM PST.  
SHIPPING SERVICE
We utilize USPS to ship all of our orders from San Clemente, California (USA).
UNITED STATES SHIPPING
Standard: ~2-10 days 
Expedited: ~1-3 days 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping times vary depending on location, averaging between 6-18 days. Below are estimated time frames from frequent shipping destinations:
Canada: ~4-10 days 
UK: ~6-14 days
France: ~6-15 days
Australia: ~9-15 days 
Note: In some countries, USPS Tracking does not track past the United States.
CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES AND TARIFFS
Some countries outside the United States may require customs, taxes, duties and tariffs for the import of your order. These charges, if applicable, are set by the Customs office of the destination country. Active Patch is not responsible for customs, taxes, duties and tariffs associated with your order. 

 

Questions Related to Shipping

I put in the wrong shipping address, can I still change it?
Possibly! If we haven't shipped out your order, it is still possible to change. Please contact us quickly at contact@activepatch.org.

My tracking number is not updating, why is that?
Tracking numbers can take up to 24-48 hrs to update from the time it ships. For US orders, if your order seems to be stuck in one location for more than 7 days, please contact us at contact@activepatch.org. Due to our shipping carrier (USPS) some countries may not have the ability for USPS to track past the United States. Your item will still arrive, please keep an eye out for your order.

Where's my order?
If you haven't received your order within 14 days (US orders) or 21 days (International orders) please contact us at contact@activepatch.org.
